A shadow crosses the light. You look up… and there they are. The vultures. Four days immersed in the wilds of Spain, in one of Europe’s best settings for observing and photographing large birds of prey.
An experience designed for those who want to experience photography up close, without compromise… but with the utmost comfort.

Unlike an extreme expedition, here you’ll experience wildlife up close without sacrificing comfort. But the thrill remains the same. Four days. Four iconic species. One goal: to experience photography in the most authentic way possible.
THE EXPERIENCE
Over these 4 days, you’ll have the opportunity to photograph the four main European vultures:
– Bearded Vulture
– Golden Vulture
– Black Vulture
– Egyptian Vulture
And that’s not all. An exclusive session will be dedicated to the undisputed queen of the European skies: the Golden Eagle. An encounter that goes beyond photography. An experience that will stay with you forever.
A CONSERVATION PROJECT
The local tour operator is actively involved in a species reintroduction and conservation project. In collaboration with the Pyrenees Natural Park authority, it is authorized to conduct controlled feeding, thus ensuring ideal conditions for observation, while fully respecting the animals and the ecosystem.
During the trip, we’ll use three different types of hides, designed to offer complementary photography experiences.
FLIGHT HIDE
Located on a small hill and without glass, this hide allows you to photograph birds of prey in free flight.
On days 1 and 3, we’ll enjoy dynamic sessions where the birds will glide just a few meters away from us, offering spectacular and adrenaline-pumping scenes.
BEARDED VULTURE HIDE
Every morning, we’ll enter the main hide—spacious and comfortable—dedicated to close-up observation. Here, we’ll have the unique opportunity to photograph all four species of European vultures. In fact, we’re in one of Europe’s best areas for the bearded vulture, with a real chance to observe it at every stage of its life—from juvenile to magnificent adult.
GRIFOONS ACTIVITIES
On days 2 and 3, we’ll enjoy a different kind of experience. The griffon vultures, accustomed to human presence, will be drawn to natural areas among rocks and flowering plants. Without the confines of the hide, we’ll be able to move freely and experiment with more creative photographic compositions, in close contact with these iconic birds of prey.
GOLDEN EAGLE HUT
Every morning, in pairs, you’ll be accompanied to the hut dedicated to the golden eagle. A rare and intense opportunity to observe one of Europe’s most fascinating predators up close.
An encounter that leaves a lasting impression. If you don’t spot the eagle, you can repeat the experience the following day at no additional cost.
We’ll be staying in a comfortable house surrounded by nature, just 100 meters from the cabins.
A secluded spot, 40 minutes away from any town, where time slows down and the evenings are filled only with the sounds of nature.
The property features:
– 2 double rooms with separable beds
– 1 triple room with single beds
– 1 double room
Each room has a private bathroom, shared only with the other occupants of that room. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The tour operator also offers a catering service (€60 per person per day), but guests who prefer a more flexible option can arrange their own meals.
Wildlife to photograph: black vulture, Eurasian griffon vulture, bearded vulture, Egyptian vulture, golden eagle.
Photography equipment: tripod, telephoto lens of 200 mm or longer.

Day 1: Arrival in Barcelona and transfer to the location where the photography activities will take place; first photo shoot in the afternoon.
Days 2 and 3: We will conduct photography activities throughout the day.
Day 4: Photo shoot in the morning, departure for Barcelona, and return to Italy in the evening.
